They are using the 55CM ball size, I inquired about one month ago to prepare for the DVDs. The burst resistant kind is the best, costs a little more. But, if you're taller than 5'4", you may need a larger ball. Please don't hold me to the height. I learned alot by visiting a local sports outlet.
