Cathe - Stability Ball Size?

Can you tell me what size stability ball that you use? I am about the same height as you (5'3) & I currently have a 65cm ball which seems way too small for me. It is not a very good one though (more egg shaped than round.) The one that you use looks bigger & looks like you sit taller when you are on it. I read that for my height, I should actually have a 55cm ball, but I can't imagine going smaller. Maybe I just need a better ball...
Your advice would be appreciated. (Or anyone else who knows the answer.)

Hi Lynne! I use a 55 cm ball. You definitely want a round ball as opposed to an egg shape ball. At 5'3", I recommend you get a new 55 cm ball. Be sure you inflate it properly. For accurate measuring, simply take a tape measure and run it up a wall until you hit 55cm. Then inflate your ball so that the top of the ball comes up to this height. You can use a level from the wall to the top of your ball if you are not sure. Of course fitness wholesalers also sell gadgets to allow for exact ball height measurements if you want to go that diection. Good Luck!
