Since you are very active & train very hard, on an average day, how many carb's in grams do you think you eat? I too am also vary active...I do your workouts & a stay at home mom who's constantly running around all day. I know carb's are needed for energy, but I can't imagine taking in 200-300 grams a day, even if they're the "clean" type of carbs. I feel I wouldn't acheive that "ripped look". Again, I know everyone will have a different intake, but out of curiosity & being as fit as you are, can you tell approx. your carb intake?

Hi Amanda! I don't count them. I have always had this very keen sense of awareness when it comes to my body. I can just look at a food and know what it will or won't do to me. But I will tell you that I personally DO eat a lot of carbs (some are cleaner than others, wink). They don't seem to put weight on me and I need them for energy.
