Just a suggestion.
You have such a fabulous crew and i am sure from the posts eveyone has questions for them. Maybe it would be possible to plan a 1 time chat with them.
I know they have their personal private lives, but they are an important part of you.They actually keep up with you.
I am sure no one would be offended if they wouldn't answer any questions they feel they would not wish to answer.
BTW the clip on drill max has me sweating. Hope i can handle it.
