Cathe Rotations and your results?

I did Cathe's November rotation with the new workouts. I was shopping for a dress-up outfit for a christmas party and was suddenly "checking myself out" in the mirror because I had muscle definition in my arms. I never had that before. So, although I didn't lose weight, I saw a difference in my upper body and it was pretty motivating.

I'm in the last week of the Aug 2005 Bootcamp rotation and I have definitely noticed endurance. I had to do all 3 Imaxes the first week and usually I dread #3 a bit. Well, in my last week I had Imax 3 and 200 walking lunges and 200 sit ups today and I was talking during most of the intervals and didn't stop the tape. Felt great!!!!

Now I'm just trying to figure out what to do next.

When I did my own rotations, I had a hard time allowing myself a day off. Doing a Cathe rotation make it seem "okay" to me to take off because Cathe said so....silly, I know, but it worked. I also felt I couldn't cheat at all because this was my first rotation and I wanted to see how it worked.

I don't run, so I did sub differnt cardio for the running.

I loved it.

I also did Cathe's November rotation. It was my firt rotation. Not only did I lose an entire dress size put also toning my body at the same time. Three week into the Nov. rotation friends were complimenting me on my weight loss. I did Dec. and Jan. rotation also. My size 10 jeans that I bought a month ago are already loose on me. I don't run, I do sub. like HTH different cardio for running.

I have started following Cathe's rotations exclusively. She knows more than I do about how to put the workouts together for the best results. If I don't particularly like the present month's rotation, I chose one of her older ones that addresses the particular goal I have for that month. I will finish the January rotation tomorrow and am eagerly waiting to see what is in store for us in February.
 
I'm also curious to know which totations have been more effective for you all... I'm new to Cathe and her workouts, however, I'm increasing my Cathe's DVDs fairly quickly... I own all the new ones, plus, Low Max, Imax2 & cardio & weights, Push-pull & supersets.

I will start the November rotation tomorrow because I have all the new ones..

But i definitely love to know which rotations you saw better results with!!

I did the Nov 05 rotation and because there was so much step involved, my thighs actually got bigger. However, my butt and hips did slim down a bit. I can't win for losing, eh?! If your thighs are thicker, you might want to try reducing the step height to 4" or 6". If not, then go for the full 8".

Nov 2005 rotation or 2006? I am eyeing both up and do not want to increase the size of my thighs.

Looking for ways to slim the thighs down and definition.

Hi - I did Cathe's Nov. rotation and lost 4 pounds (net) - I believe I also added several pounds of new muscle, which would make the total fat lost even more.

This month I did the Jan. rotation and have only lost 2 pounds, but have lost more than 2% bf and my measurements have gone down in just this one month from 36 26 36 to 35 25.5 35. I'm delighted!

Her rotations have me doing much more weight work than I've done in the past (although I'm adding extra cardio to the rotations as well and eating really clean, 1200-1550 calories per day). I'm really thrilled with the results. I'm sold!

I did the November 06 rotation. I had great results in my lower and upper body. No weight loss though, which was fine with me. I was happy to just complete a rotation:D

To those who had no weight loss, where you actually dieting? I can't imagine dieting and doing her strenous workouts only to lose nothing.
 
My rotations involve all of my Cathe workouts changing up one day to the next and the total time span can last 4-5 weeks depending on how motivated I am. For example. Day 4 is normally a Saturday with a Friday break. Figuring I have 21 workouts (not including premixes) to work out with.
My results have been great! My stomach is flatter, my legs and arms are toned. With plenty of compliments.
