Cathe, rotation help please..

Hi! I'm ordering BC/MC dvd and PS. I have with me Body Max, Cardio Kicks and the Pyramid dvd. Can you suggest a rotation for me? Like everyone else, I so very much enjoy your workouts. You're the greatest and the best! I wish I found you earlier and not be wasting my money on all the other workouts. I can afford to lose at least 5 pounds. Thank you Cathe.
By the way, it warms my heart so much when I read that you and your dh felt that your children are enriching your lives. You're a REAL woman! I have 5 kids myself and am 43 going 44. The eldest is nearly 24.

Hi Joan! There are many rotations you can do but here is a three month rotation for you to enjoy!

Rotation One:(do for 4 weeks)

Mon: Cardio Kicks
Tues: PS B/B/A
Wed: Cardio of your choice
Thurs: PS Legs/Abs
Fri: cardio of choice
Sat: PS C/S/T
Sun: off


Rotation Two:(do for 4 weeks)

Mon: Boot Camp
Tues: Cardio of choice
Wed: Muscle Endurance (ME)
Thurs: off
Fri: Body Max
Sat: cardio of choice
Sun: Cardio Kicks

Rotation Three: (do for 4weeks)

Mon: Pyramid Lower/ followed by the first step section of Body Max (leave out warm up and then do the first 24 minutes of step aerobics)
Tues: Pyramid Upper
Wed: Cardio of your choice
Thurs: Cardio of your choice
Fri: Pyramid Lower
Sat: Pyramid Upper
Sun: off
