You probably already thought of this, but just in case...On the 5 day rotation DVD since it'll be like the Crosstrain series, doing cardio and working 1 or 2 body parts, I was wondering if we will be able to make the DVD mix and match what body parts to work and we can do more then 1 or 2 if we have the time. So if I wanted to do some Step or Kick and Punch workout for 30 minutes and then wanted to work on my biceps and glutes, and/or wanted to also work my triceps and legs I can program the DVD to do that. Not sure if this is possible or if you already have something like this on your DVDs since I only have the VHS workouts.
