Cathe, really love Butts and Guts

Just finished this about an hour ago and I'm a wet mess! I hope I can walk tomorrow! I usually hate and avoid leg workouts (although it is the area I need help the most! Why is that always the case?!) but I think if I stick to this workout and do it at least once a week I should start seeing improvements in no time.

Thanks a lot for these new workouts! I'm really enjoying them!
