I begrudgingly got up this a.m. and did Leaner Legs
and Power Hour's upper body work. I believe I've been on an endorphin high for six hours now.
The thing I read about the least in regards to weight work is the mood-enhancing benefits. In addition to all of the many other benefits I reap from doing your workouts, THANK YOU for helping me to become a more pleasant person to be around LOL!
