I really enjoyed reading your post regarding another workout for the abs--(crunch machine,pullovers, then jabs). I was just wondering--do you mean the pullover machine that is traditionally used for the shoulders, to stretch out the abs after doing crunches on the crunch machine? I am not very savvy when it comes to the gym machines, and couldn't quite figure out which machine you were referring to when I went to the gym yesterday! Also, how many sets of crunches on the machine, and how many in each set, should I be striving for?
