Hi Cathe. I'm a huge fan. I've lost 32 pounds since I started working out with you and I'm starting the Total Body Blast rotation today with my new DVDs. I noticed that in the Intensity Series, the abs aren't "traditional" (crunches, etc). Do you think that non-traditional abwork like Pilates and Yoga and the stability ball are better than crunches? Or is it best to do a mixture of both?
BTW, I love how you spell your name. Have you always spelled it that way (without the y)?
