Cathe - Question about Diet

I know you tend to avoid too much discussion about diet. I must say that you are looking very cut these days. More cut than ever. I am just curious, but, would you say that this is due to a little more of watching what you eat or a little more intense working out? Like I said I know you don't like to give specifics but could you just give a few EXAMPLES of what one might eat to get this cut look, kind of like the examples they give in some of the fitness magazines. I realize that your recent diet, and many of the fitness model's diets, are pre-competition or in your case maybe pre-filming. SO, with that in mind if you could just give some examples I would greatly appreciate it. I have ideas of my own but sometimes getting fresh ideas from someone who has been very successful in acheiving that cut look is just what we need. I loved your tip about eating apples with peanut butter, I do that alot now and it is a great snack.

I was even thinking that it would be cool to have a separate area, or folder, on this website for good low-carb or low-calorie recipes that we could all share.
