Hi Cathe,
I have some Qs about the cardio in the 4-Day Split series:
1. When you say 30 minutes cardio - does this mean 30 minutes of real workut EXluding warm-up or cool-down (so basically total workout time is 40 minutes?) OR do you mean 20 minutes of real cardio workout plus 5 minutes warm-up and 5 minutes cool-down to make total workout time 30 minutes?
2. Aside from the kickboxing workout, Do all the cardio workouts require a step?
3. Aside from the kickboxing workout, Do all the cardio workouts have complex choreography? Or are they more more athletic in choreography?
