This is a very personal question.
I debated whether I should ask or not
but it has become necessary!!!

I am only 4'10 and in Janurary 2001
I had the breast reduction surgery to
go from size E to C.

Since I started working out
with weights, my breast size has increased
to a size "D". I cannot tell you how much
worrying this is for me!

Would you know if this is temporary?
That the size will reduce as I gain
more muscle in my breast area?

I would like to work on my chest
to sculp the area but if it means
increasing size then I would like to
stay clear off the chest workouts.

Please advise.
Thanks

I have the same exact opposite problem. I lost 20lbs last year and went from a solid B to a 34A--which is pretty disheartening as well. I just started the S&H series for a rotation and was praying the chest section would help me--from what I have heard it isn't supposed to increase "breast size" probably just the pectorals?? Hope to get answers too!!!

LAST EDITED ON Jun-10-02 AT 02:04PM (Est)[p]Hi Shaan! I'm so sorry to tell you that I don't have an answer as to why you went back to a D. When lifting weights, the muscle under the breast tissue (pectoralis major and minor)will get toned and defined which can enhance the size a VERY small amount but I have never heard of the enhancement being anything near a whole cup size.

Try lifting much lighter weight for your chest. Stick with hi rep lighter weight workouts for your chest. Also be sure that your daily food intake is clean and in check. I would also discuss any concerns you have with your doctor too. Good Luck!

Thanks!!!! I need the reassurance before visiting my doctor.

I will try lighter weights for 8 weeks and see if there is a change. If not then I will have a word with my doctor.

Thanks again for replying!
Cheers,
