In the past, I know you've made very specific rotations for people and I'm really really hoping you will help me out too! I am currently in a little family "friendly" wager to see who can lose the most weight by May 1 (we all want to lose approx 20 lbs). I am also in the very very beginnins stages of training for a fall marathon (basically just building a base right now running 4 days a week Tues, thurs, Sat and sun). Could you please help me with a rotation that will a) help me to lose the 20 lbs and b) incorporate your weights with my running? I have lots of time to workout and am not at all opposed to 2-a-days...Thank you so much! P.S I was thinking somewhre along the lines of the rotation you did for someone this past summer (I think the post title was Lose 25-30 lbs in 3 months?) Also, I'd really like to be able to encorporate your new Hard Core series as soon as it comes out! Thanks again!
