Cathe:

First of tall thanks for taking time to read this message. I was a committed FIRM exerciser who found the new tapes too easy. I just purchased your Kick, Punch and Crunch and Legs & Glutes dvd and love both workouts. I'd like to get another of your cardio videos but was never a big Step person but love your new KPC - any suggestions? I also loved Legs and Glutes it was a great workout that seems to strengthen and "lean out" my legs rather then get them bulky. I used to do the FIRMs Standing Legs but felt it "bulked me up" too much as I build muscle pretty easily. Do you have a complimentary Upper Body workout you can suggest?

I know you are filming new workouts but I have a suggestion - I travel a lot for work and my workouts tend to suffer on the road. I can do your KPC on the road but not your endurence/strength videos, have you ever thought of doing a workout using bands or something else that can travel easily? Just a thought :)

Thanks again for your time and for the great workouts :)

Not Cathe, but welcome to the forum,I am in PA too. As far as non step tapes you could try Cardio Kicks little more aeorbic in moves but still has punches and kicks and drills. Needs alot of floor space but can be modified. Maximum Intensity Cardio also has a hi/lo segment that doesn't take too much space.:) Also in the Cross Train Express series there is a Kickbox workout that would do also, it does have weight work in it but you could leave that out if you didn't want to do it.

Did you get KPC/LG on DVD? If you did then you have all those premixes to work with too, so that gives you more workouts just with one DVD.

The Cardio Kicks DVD comes with Circuit Max too but only the last 3 segments are on the step and one is a step kickbox which is a nice change.

HTH some!!:)
