First of tall thanks for taking time to read this message. I was a committed FIRM exerciser who found the new tapes too easy. I just purchased your Kick, Punch and Crunch and Legs & Glutes dvd and love both workouts. I'd like to get another of your cardio videos but was never a big Step person but love your new KPC - any suggestions? I also loved Legs and Glutes it was a great workout that seems to strengthen and "lean out" my legs rather then get them bulky. I used to do the FIRMs Standing Legs but felt it "bulked me up" too much as I build muscle pretty easily. Do you have a complimentary Upper Body workout you can suggest?
I know you are filming new workouts but I have a suggestion - I travel a lot for work and my workouts tend to suffer on the road. I can do your KPC on the road but not your endurence/strength videos, have you ever thought of doing a workout using bands or something else that can travel easily? Just a thought
Thanks again for your time and for the great workouts
