Hi Cathe! I hope you're finding some time to relax these days and I hate to ask, but I was wondering if you might seriously consider this.
There are quite a few of us who have knee problems that either have to eliminate squats, lunges, and leg presses altogether now (that would be me and boy do I miss Leaner Legs, and have never been able to try PLB the way it should be done) or those of us who just have to modify some of those exercises.
For one of your upcoming rotations could you PLEASE, pretty please, put together a rotation that focuses on "knee friendly" leg work with some lower impact cardio maybe kickboxing, and still not neglecting the upper body???
Hope that's not asking too much!!!!!
Thanks in advance!!
Stacy
