I subbed in some Cathe workouts for P90X: Imax2 for PlyoX, KPC for Kenpo X, a legs workout for Legs and Back.
I also posted a "P90X-like Hardcore Rotation" in the rotations forum back when the HC series came out (which you could alternate with P90X workouts).
They definitely compliment each other well: Cathe has more intense cardio and more effective lower body (for me, compared to Legs and Back--Tony's P90 Master workouts have better leg work, IMO), while Tony has more effective upper body and core (as well as an excellent rotation set up).
You can also sub in any similar Cathe workout for other P90X workouts: Slow and Heavy Chest and Back for "Chest and Back," "Core Max" for "Ab Ripper X," for example.

i think doing p90x upper body every other day is too much. i put 2 days between like cathe's gymstle rotation.

yes,you can up your weights because you go at your own pace. cathe,i used 8 on kickbacks,now i use 12pds. cathe 12pds bi,p90x 15pds,etc
he's more creative in how he does each body part which makes it interesting.the variety of pushups has helped slim down my waist 2 inches after doing it a month.

I included Cathe for the leg work since P90x's leg work was sad (just my opinion). Also, I used Cathe workouts during the "Recovery Weeks" instead of the P90X workouts. I needed Cathe!

Fair warning...do not be surprised if you find dealing with Beach Body to be hassle after headache. I think there are about 3 of us (the Chosen Ones) that have had no trouble at all and the rest have a horrible time. Hopefully, you, will not have any problems.

I'm one who has had no problem with them. It sometimes seems that those who call are more at risk at having problems that those who order over the internet.
(just don't expect their shipping to be very fast, and you won't be disappointed. Their "special handling' means absolutely nothing, IMO, except that they put a florescent tag on the box that says "special handling" or something, which means nothing to the P.O., but just, maybe, gets the package moving around faster within BB itself. Or maybe it just means somebody at BB gives the package a little pat on the side as it moves along. )

I have had minimal difficulties with BB. They sent VHS instead of DVD once and I did a live chat to rectify. Well they wanted me to pay to ship back their mistake. I promptly emailed Amber Otto and she told me to keep the VHS and they sent me the DVD version I was originally supposed to get. So from what I have read, my difficulties were very minor.
