Neither Cathe or SNM have answered this question. I'm hoping it is included with my Cathe DVD's from cksales. Trying to remain optimistic.

I must have missed Stayfit's post about CK Sales emailing her to say that we won't be getting the special gift. I wonder how they know unless SNM told them. I am disappointed, but I am still excited about receiving the 4 dvds.
