I'm wondering if the same barbell equipment will be used for the new workouts? I like the bar used in the Pyramid series and would like to get one, but don't know what brand it is or where to get it.

I'm sure this question has been addressed somewhere, but I would also like to know what other equipment will be used (i.e. Stability ball, medicine ball, high step, etc.).

Yes, the same barbell will be used this time around. It's an Escalade Sports product that is sold under the brand name US Weights. I've seen them at several major sporting good stores and even Walmart.

I purchased a barbell from the Firm-quite awhile ago-I don't even know if they carry it anymore, but it is 10lbs with just the bar and what I like most it that it is padded so you don't need to purchase a barbell pad to put on the regular barbells.Just thought I'd let you know. Take care, Pam
