Hello. I was reading the descriptions of the new DVDs and I saw that one of them used a medicine ball. Is it the same 8lbs medicine ball used in the past? I never bought it for the intensity series because I could do the substitutions without it (plus I was on a fixed budget). Are we going to see substitutions in these DVDs?
