Cathe, I recently bought all your older step videos and am really enjoying getting into them. I currently use The Firm videos and Joyce Vedral with 8/10/12 pound weights, but want to move on to the next challenge. I'm interested in buying your CTX and Intensity series. I was wondering if you or any regular Cathe users would recommend how to use them if my goal is to slim down and not bulk up? Should I stick with the circuit style aerobics/weight training mixes and do pure strength training only 1 or 2 times a week? Do I have to use heavy weights with your workouts to get results? I read that some people's legs bulk up using higher steps 8, 10 inch heights and it's best to stay with the 6 inch height, is this true? Thanks.
