Cathe New DVD's.....

I just caved and preordered these, but I think I am MORE excited about getting these than the others.....


I am very excited to have a low intensity tape that i may be able to stomach (sorry other instructors). Plus, I have a few more beginner exercisers that work out with me that get lost on Cathe steps. This will be neat to have a rest day for me while giving them the opportunity to learn the moves without being overwhelmed.


The little vinyl coated dumbells are kinda troublesome to me though. Hey, just because it is a beginner tape, we can't use HEX dumbells? LOL!!! I guess they just GOTTA look prettier. Either that or match Cathe's top.

Any other advanced/educated crowd really excited to have some nice "off day" workouts??

I'm excited and my feet are downright ecstatic. Hi intensity/low impact is so hard to find and I want some badly! It's going to be soon too! Yay!
