I hope you are taking it easy and resting up!!
Anyway, here's my question. About 9 weeks ago I began working with a trainer because nothing I seemed to be doing was effective in trms of losing weight. In one of our first sessions, she did a meatbolism check and found that I have a very high metabolism (apparently I have lots of muscle under the fat - thanks Cathe!) She recommended that I eat between 1500 and 1900 calories to lose weight (they also set up fairly strict guidlines as to have many grams of fat, protein and carbs to have) While, I 've been following the grams portions, I'm finding it difficult to eat 1500 calories. I haven't really lost weight and my trainer is saying that it is because I'm not eating enough (only about 1100-1300) Can you tell me your opinion? I have been exercising 5 days per week, mostly cardio with one or two weight training sessions.
