Cathe Need Your Advice Please

Hi Cathe,
I know how busy you are right now, but I'm looking for your input on this matter. I'm 5'1 and my bottom half is my problem, the part that connects my thighs to my buttocks. I've been using your cardio workouts regularly and just started adding your leg workouts every other day. However, I've been informed (by my husband) that if I continue doing the leg workouts I will only get bigger. I know he means well, but is no way an expert.
I'm under the assumption that using workouts like Leaner Legs will help me tone and slim down that area. As of now I am apprehensive to use those workouts. I would really appreaciate your input on this. Thank you.

I am not Cathe .... but, I have lost at least 5 inches from my hips from weight lifting. I have not gotten bigger, but smaller. I do MIS and Power Hour and fixin :+ to get another one ...... :7 .... I love it. I do cardio too, but mostly weights and I do ABS and other stuff ....... Wish you the best Rhonda :7 :7

P.S. .. my hips were 42 now 37 or less, working on a 32 :7
 
Thanks Rhonda...do you follow any type of rotation like alternating weight days and cardio? Sounds like you have had much success, I'd love to get 38 hips down to 32!!!

I do 4 days of weights a week and the rest I do lots of walking/jogging, AB hits and winsor pilates for Ab sculpting and buns and thigh sculpting. I am definately seeing a difference in my abs now to. My waist has gone from 33 to 27 1/2. I am 5'2" and I am 43 soon to be 44. Hope this helps .... Rhonda :7
