Cathe, need help leaning out my body !!!

Hi Cathe,

I need your help in leaning out my body. I just had a baby 6 months ago, but I think I am already back to my pre-baby fitness level. However, I don't have as much time to exercise anymore with the new baby and a full time job. I can spare an hour everyday for exercise. I am a runner but I can afford time for only about 5 miles a day, 6 days a week now. I do one of your cardio workouts once a week. And I do your weights workout for strength training. I am not fat -- I am 5 feet and weigh 95 pounds only. But my body is not lean. I look really tiny in clothes, but underneath those clothes, there are fat lumps everywhere, especially in my stomach area and thighs.

What can I do to really lean out my body ? Please help !!!
