I love the cd Cathe vol.1 and I also have your tape cassette from music -flex, Cathe Friedrich Stepmix.

I would love to see Cathe vol.2 + #3, from Body Blast, and the new Hard core series.

I love the music in the workouts, and love to teach to it, some where in there please thow in the Pina colada song.

It sure is a great song to keep you going, for sure }(

Cathe, I too would LOVE to see more Cathe music cd's! I use your vol. 1 all the time to accompany my cardio workouts on machines in the gym. Pleeeaaasse? I'd pay a lot for it!

Bri, what is the Stepmix tape cassette from music-flex? Where do you get it?

DJ Brian Howe does a lot of Cathe's music and I did purchase a CD from him on eBay, which is great (a lot of it was music Cathe had used). I recently emailed him about buying a CD of all the Imax2 music (I REALLY want that music) -- but I haven't heard back from him.

Perhaps I should send him another email.

Hey...I know the website...It is www.gfmix.com. I have ordered from them and have been very happy with the music. Most of it is from Cathe's previous workouts. I would suggest you check it out!!

The songs are from Step jam and a few from Power Max I think. Bri
