Cathe or anyone else who knows. Could you please talk more about the active recovery week for STS. Why do you reccomend one and what you should do during it. Is low impact cardio okay? Thanks.
Not sure what Cathe will recommend for STS but I did a round of P90X and the recovery week included yoga, core, stretch and kenpo(low impact martial arts type w/o). It is important to give your muscles a chance to build and recover between cycles.
I'm sure Cathe will offer recommendations once STS is released. Can't wait
