Hi everyone,
I have cathe's MIS workout and it is very difficult for me to do both the lower and upper body. When I get to the upper body my legs are trembling so badly that it's hard to concentrate on the upper body. I divided the upper and lower and just done each by themselves and the abs at the end and it seemed better that way, but I still wished I could've had some upper body work that day. I workout just Monday through Friday and I usually do strength on Tuesdays and Thursdays and cardio on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I wonder if leaving the upper body out during that day I do the MIS lower body is a good idea since I'm only doing strength just 2 days a week? I done the workout out yesterday and done 15 minutes of the lower body and then fast forwarded to the upper body and abs and I am really feeling it today. My legs and arms are fried! So again, am I short changing myself with this workout? I have been working out since 1989 and I feel I'm in fairly good shape so am I normal to tremble like that after the leg portion? It seems they continue to shake even long into the upper body part. Also, what do you think of my routine? Would love your opinions. Thanks, Michelle~~
