Cathe-looking for best results

Hi,
I just wanted some insight on how to get the best out of my workouts. A little back ground: I'm 38 yo female, wt 120 ht5'6". My goal is continue toning/sculpting and build strength. I dont' want to loose any wt, but I do still have a little layer of fat over my abs & hips I would love to loose.

So what sort of rotation would you recommend? Is it best to do total body wt/aerobic w/o or do individual body parts/aerobic on seperate days or mix it up? I am supposing mixing it up would be best. But just wanted to get a little expertise here. I have: HSTA, KPC/L&G, BS/BF, ME, and new addition CTX. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Let me just say your enthusiasm for your work just beams and that helps keep me motivated.

This is a great question, I hope Cathe answers it! Catherine, my body type is almost yours to a "T", I would love to lose some fat from legs. I'm not overweight, but need to tighten up that area.

Sounds like we have something in common. My upper body seems to tone and slim up fine. Mid to lower not as easily. My diet's pretty clean. I workout 5-6 days per week. What gives????

Not sure, but I'd like to know. My lower body isn't that bad, but I can't seem to get rid of that nasty looking cellulite on the backs if my legs. You can see definition in my quads and hamstrings, but that cellulite just won't go away! Makes me so mad!
