Cathe Live broadcast delayed

Cathe Live Broadcast today ( 8-28-14) will be delayed because of technical problems. Our main switcher must of blown a circuit last night and isn't working this morning . We're using a backup plan of just recording the class and if things go well we will post the video later today. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Cycle Class Video Update

Just a quick update. Though the Live broadcast didn't happen, the class was still held and we recorded it. We're working on editing it now and should have the cycle video up in a few hours
