Tomorrow's 9:15am EST Cathe Live workout (Aug 7th) is called LEAN AND MEAN LEGS. It's designed to challenge and shape the lower body through various equipment changes, tempo variations, and other training modes. Equipment needed: A comfortably sized Stability Ball for holding, not sitting on (55cm or less), a barbell with a big and medium plate on each side, two 25 pound handweights (for deadlifts only), two 10 pound handweights, dixie cups, firewalker loops and an exercise mat.
 
:D Lean and Mean leg is also known as "Leaner legs - CTX leg segment" nickname. Now I am dying of curiosity to know how this class could possibly better fry legs:D Barbell on the menu. Hmm OMG:cool:
