When using Apple TV Cathe Live App I do not get a full list of live recordings. As of now, I do not get any Oct 2017 live recordings. This has happened in the past. Does it take longer for live recordings to be available through Apple TV app versus logging into my computer where they are instantly available?

They're there, but you have to close the Cathe Live app running in the background. Otherwise you're using a cached older version. You just have to double click the "TV" button and then scroll till you see the Cathe Live App. Then swipe it off the screen.
