LAST EDITED ON Apr-10-02 AT 10:24PM (Est)[p] I just did this fun workout. I've been trying to figure out a way to get in one kick boxing and two upper body in one week, but I always end up too sore from the kickbox to fit upper body in twice. I've also been wanting to work legs twice per week, but also fit in four cardios, and I'm too short on time for that, usually. So this was my solution to the problem. I'm going to try doing this combo once a week, then another leg circuit (non-kick box) later in the week, and a Cathe upper body as well, concentrating on heavier weights (probably PS). Here's what I did: (DVD very helpful for this combo):
Power Circuit warmup
Power Circuit kickbox circuits **
Circuit Max kickbox circuits **
Cardio Kicks leg and arm drills
Tamilee Webb I want those arms I and II
Circuit Max stretch

** I used a heavy barbell for all strength segments of the circuits, and modified--i.e. I did static lunges when Cathe did alternating lunges. I did not do any upper body work during the strength segments--just legs.

The whole thing came out to about 75 minutes, but if you skip the upper body its more like 55.

This was my first time with Tamilee's arm DVD, and it was very difinitely lighter than I'm used to, but I still liked it...

Have fun if you try this!

Thanks Wendyloo! I did something similar this afternoon:
10-10-10 warm up (includes kickboxing!)
10-10-10 kickboxing
Power Circuit step circuits
Power Circuit kickbox circuits
PS C/S/T
The whole thing took a little over an hour. Not bad! And since I already had the step out and barbell ready from the circuits, it was super easy to just dive right into PS. Try this if you want, I had a blast!
