Cathe - Kick, Punch & Crunch

I hardly ever post any messages only read them, but I just had to let you know what I thought of Kick, Punch & Crunch. Today for the first time I did the workout. When it was almost over, only three words came to mind:

Awesome...Awesome...Awesome!!!

I thought to my self I should post a message and let Cathe know, I hope you get to read this?

Olivia.. this is my absolute favorite of the Body Blasts -- I was thinking I should post something as well.

Step, Jump & Pump is a joy as well and the biggest surprise of all for me was Legs & Glutes. That has removed the dread of lower body work for me. Heck, they're all great.

You did an amazing job Cathe! Thanks for producing such a great series.
 
I only bought the 3 cardios on VHS and will be buying the strength on DVD later, just curious, what is it about Legs and Glutes that removes the dread factor of lower body workouts? I hate doing lower body so I can't imagine "enjoying" any lower body workout but I'm hoping I experience the same "non dread" factor that everybody's talking about.

Edited to say I actually do enjoy floorwork for the lower body, I only hate the standing portion of lower body work. Too bad that floorwork isn't enough for lower body.
 
Hi Lisa! What took the "dread" factor out of this workout is you won't need your barbell. You do a lot of new moves using the High Step as well as using ankle weights. There's also some balance required (well maybe a lot of balance!) used for the standing floor work. The music ROCKS too which makes the time fly by & you have a big smile on your face throughout this entire workout. Well for me anyway! You'll really enjoy this one. Best, Kathy:D
