Cathe, just to let you know.......

:D Hi Cathe! A couple of weeks ago I really messed up my back and I am glad to let you know, I am as good as new! I think what happened was, although I hate to admit it, that I was not using the best of form and may have been rounding my shoulders. I was quite worried. What would I do without my nightly ritual of "Cathe" exercising? It took me about 4 days of relaxing my lower back. Last night I was back to doing my pikes, and I am so proud that I have mastered them! I think the strength in my upper body and core has helped me master the pikes! I also, wanted to let you know I admire GREAT choreography, and your choreography is really challenging and yet fun! I love to dance and wonder if you do too?
