Hi there, you busy lady! Silly question, but inquiring minds want to know - did you get your hair cut? It looks alot shorter than in Body Blast. Just wondering - you and the crew always look so great! (I think it's all that natural beauty and healthy lifestyle, don't you!)

Piggy backing on here because I didn't want to innundate Cathe with another post, but I just wanted to comment on how much I LOVE the new set! It looks great!
 
Hi Tricia! Thanks for the kind words. Yes, I got an aweful lot cut off. About 4 inches. I was in shock at first but I am getting used to it now. Like I always say....You have to shock your body if you want to keep getting results ;-)

We were actually hoping to already have a new one when we filmed the Body Blast series but didn't work out the details in time.

Cathe, I just wanted to say that I agree. You all look wonderful and sooo healthy! Also, since I'm here...I just want to say how very excited I am about the Beg/Intermediate workouts. I am still nursing an injury I have had since November and hoping within the next month or so that I will be able to start back to your tapes. I am thinking this new series is going to be just perfect for me getting back into it. When I ordered them, I was an advanced ONLY workout type of gal but because you are who you are, I had to have all the new DVD's, no matter the level. I am so glad I ordered them all. (I also get a free MUG!!! :7) Thank you for being there just when I will need you. (Which is ALWAYS!!!) You're the best!

Cathe, just piggybacking on this thread to tell you how very excited I am for these new workouts!! I love all of your advanced workouts, but I also need easier weeks as well. I can't do your advanced workouts 24/7/365, if you know what I mean. I figured that even if I found the workouts on the easier side (which I figure I might, because your advanced workouts are my mainstay) I could bump up the intensity by using my Bosu in place of high step, or by using 8 inches instead of 6 on my step, or using heavier weights. But the pictures are blowing me out of the water, Cathe, because I love/hate resistance bands - they are such a unique and evil form of training. I am glad you're giving them props by utilizing them in your workout - because I no doubt will use them more often. Compound movements really work me very hard, I have a love/hate relationship with them as well, so thanks for including lots of those as well. I can see these workouts will be very fun and very modifiable. I am SO glad I preordered all three.
