This would be one Cathe w/o I would definitely not purchase! The band may be good as a "finisher" but a whole DVD of it just doesn't appeal, plus I think it would injure me. I never feel all that safe with it on certain exercises and you just can't persuade me that it can be a good substitite for weights for the total body. I just don't think it can achieve the strength gains that weights can. The band seems more of an endurance battle to me.
Still, we can all ask for what we want, right!?
