Yesterday I did GS chest and triceps. Today my chest and triceps are so sore. I have done today GS shoulders, back and biceps and I know tomorrow I will feel it. I love the bonus challenge and the resistance band.I have done Kickmax too. I have done a no impact version of the blast challenge.Each time I do kickmax I love it more and more.When I do it I feel my eye of the tiger.It is fun.

Oh Yeah Stayfit I am right there with ya. I did that one on Saturday and my chest is still a little sore but oh man Sunday I was feeling DOMS big time. I can't imagine doing the GS SBB the next day. That one I am doing tomorrow.
 
i don't like 2 day splits.. so i only do gym styles when i have long enough to do both! yesterday happened to be one of those days... my triceps and chest are a bit sore today! yummy!

hi Barbara and Desertbriez I am enjoying the GS workouts.They are my favorite strength workouts with the slow and heavy series. Tomorrow I will do the GS legs and a cardio premix.

runninggal, we should start a thread about modifications to Cathe's high-impact moves. I'm still figuring out the blasts in IMAX3.:)

There's no way I could do B/S/B the day after C/T. My shoulders would NOT like that. In fact, I'm on my third week now of a HC rotation, and I've found that I like doing B/S/B on day 1, Legs on day 3, and C/T on day 5, with cardio and one stretch day in between. That way, my upper body has either 2 or 3 full days to recover before I hit it again.
 
Pinky, you took the thought right out of my head! A thread about modifications is an excellent idea. IMAX3? I'm still trying to come up with a substitute for those EVIL Genie Hops in IMAX2! Start the thread, Girlfriend! Let's share :)
 
Kathryn, I had to say that I totally agree with your method of splitting up the GS workout. I have shoulder "issues" too and have found that I can avoid flareups, if I leave at least 48 hours between upper body workouts.
 
I so love these workouts too!

Desertbriez I am with you on doing them both in one day. I do BFL so it is hard for me to split my upper body workouts into two days. I have been doing gym style C&T + SBB on Sundays. It takes awhile but it works wonders! I LOVE that burning feeling in my chest.

I think these are my favorite weight workouts next to Pyramids :)
