Hi..not Cathe here.. However, she did answer this a while back. She said that it was a clip on for fast hair changes. It's FABULOUS isn't it??

Hi Chrissy! Thank you! Yes, it is a clip on with a haircolor that matched my own. That was my favorite one too. I got this clip on at a beauty supply store.
