Cathe is Pretty Darn Hot!!!!!

Well....she is!!!! We just started working out to her,switching from Cathy Smith. Lori ( my wife ) said, Cathe is pretty buff and in really great shape. I said Yeah, she could mop the floor with Cathy Smith (All in fun of course)

Anyhow Cathe, you are a joy to work out with...so energetic, fun and pretty....thanks for the hard workouts you put us through all week long!!!!! I am hoping to buff up myself!!!

If Cathe is 43, I am just slightly older than her....and she proves that you dont have to get old just because you age....I applaud her, and she gives me inspiration as she should everyone else.

Thanks Cathe, I was hoping this post would catch your eye and I would get a personal response from you. Your workouts are pretty Brutal....but we figure if we are going to devote an hour a day to workout we might as well make the best of it.

somehow I have noticed that whenever my 16 year old step son comes to visit, he takes a great interest when I work out - particularly to watch Cathe!!!
She is still turning heads for the young lads! Hope I will when I am her age!!!
