I just recently bought the Step N Motion 1 tape to complete the 'all the available' Cathe tapes in my collection. In reviewing it I see that it looks very basic. I mean that in the sense that she breaks down the basic step moves like..the tap switch, horse shoe, etc.
I have some friends that are at the Beginner and Intermediate stage, yet they want to do Cathe.
How do you feel about this being an Intro to Cathe tape along with Mega Step Blast and the Wedding Tape as far as the step moves goes?
