I was wondering if it is ok to take longer breaks after each interval, would I still get the benefits of Interval training or should I split the workout in half? I could make it through if I take a little more time to get my heartrate down.


btw. I love the Hardcore workouts! I have been trying to loose inches from my lower body and nothing has worked.
Since I started your Fat loss rotation I lost 1 inch of my hips!!!!

Hi Silke! Oh absolutely take longer breaks if needed. Your goal is to recover only long enough to give you the stamina for the next interval. As you get stronger, your break time will decrease. Hang in there :)
