Wow! What a great new toy! My hamstrings are sore for the first time that I can remember! They Pyramid work outs are fantastic! They are just what I needed to shake up my routine! Thanks for all of your workouts!!! I am in better shape now at 41 than I was at 25!

So far I've done Muscle Endurance and the two Pyramids, tonight is Bootcamp night! Muscle Endurance is also fabulous - the biceps and abs work is unbelievable!

Wanted to see if you survived BootCamp?? Isn't it fun? Joining you with loving the stability ball work. It is great and so neat to add variety to our workouts. I just got a brand new ball today. Can't wait to use it. It's more right for my size and the neatest PINK!!! Let me know how you did. (You can post to me in the Open Discussion Forum. Sorry Cathe!)Also, I think the bicep section in M&E is THE HARDEST bicep sequence Cathe has ever produced! Yowza!
