I have been a Cathe fan for a long time but not much of a poster. Anyway, I am back to exercise after a long, miserable hiatus. Anyway, just wanted to say that you look great in the beginning talk of the Power Hour tape. My goodness! You hair looks awesome like that and your makeup is great. The black outfit looked wonderful on you. I have been Firming for 3 weeks and my looking forward to a wonderful Cathe rotation. I have 15 pounds to lose and am ready to go!
