Cathe, I'm Aruba-bound in May and need your advice...

Hi Cathe! I know May is quite aways in the future, but I'm not looking for a quick fix here. I know it'll take some time.

I just finished a rotation where I did circuit - cardio - total body strength - off and then just kept repeating that cycle. This worked really well for me. I gained alot of muscle specifically in my butt, thighs and biceps. Now, I want to change it up a little and do just a circuit - cardio rotation to burn off some fat. I am determined to wear the bikini that has been hiding out in my bottom drawer since I bought it!

Will doing just a circuit/cardio rotation allow me to keep the muscle that I've gained? Should I go heavy or light? The circuit workouts that I tend to gravitate towards are Boot Camp, HSTA, and a SJP premix.

Melissa, I just wanted to say that you will absolutely love Aruba. I was there in 2004 and can't wait to make it back again. Have a great time!
