How long it will be before your clever little boys use things you say in your workouts to their advantage? For instance, "What you do to one you must do to the other"?? It will be interesting how long before that occurs.:D :D

Also, I wanted to thank you for the music you used on the High Step Challenge, especially when we're doing the low end chest flys. It really motivates me to make it through what seems to be neverending reps. (Maybe it appeals to my tribal instincts, who knows?? :+ :+ )

And, finally, thanks for Stretchmax. I am more flexible and recover from workouts faster, and I think this is the reason. Thanks again!!
