Cathe, I need to lose this abdominal pooch by summer!!!

Hi Cathe,
I am an advanced exerciser and have all of your workouts except maybe a few of the older ones. I consider myself in great shape, can see muscles in my upper & lower body, but that darn bit of fat below my belly button will NOT go away! I want to take my kids (1 and 2!) to the beach this summer and not feel self-conscious in my bathing suit. So this pooch has to go.

For cardio, I do usually 4 days - 2 of your workouts and 2 runs on my treadmill. I try to do interval workouts twice per week. For stregnth I am currently on a S&H rotation but also do PS, MIS, power hour, and my own lifting. I try very hard to eat right and although I don't eat a lot, I don't always make the best choices. It seems that no matter how much I exercise, this pooch is not going away. Can you offer any advice or tweaks to my workout schedule? Is 4 cardio days enough? Running used to shrink my tummy but it's just not anymore for some reason.
