Cathe, I need HELP!!!

;) Hi Cathe! I am in desperate need of help re: my eating and exercise habits lately! I started off exercising with a bang a couple of weeks ago and then got a sinus infection and now I am back to square one! I have probably put on about 15 lbs or more since I last saw you! Another problem I have is my hubby (Jerry)and his bad habits rubbing off on me. He likes to eat out all the time and of course after working all day that sounds good to me! And to top it all off, I have not been able to purchase your new series because of money crunches, so I do not even have that to look forward to. You would think I would want to get in shape being in the hot Florida weather! You are so lucky you have a career where you can stay in shape and not have to sit on your butt all day long, HA! Give me some encouragement so I can look good before I hit 40 in February! Thanks for letting me sulk!
 
Hi Lisa~Hope Cathe doesn't mind me jumping in here. Have you ever tried any of the Rotations? I usually cannot do them due to teaching my own classes so they interfere with the flow. But....this past Aug. rotation I have been able to almost finish due to having a three week break. I guess my point is that while doing a rotation, it kind of keeps you accountable and I found if I didn't do what Cathe had mapped out for me, I felt guilty (can't think of a better word?) or like something was missing. Let me tell you, the August Rotation is a goodie too. I have enjoyed doing it tremendously! Wish I could do them all the time. Do you journal? That helps too to see those blank pages. BTW, how are you down there??? How is your new job? Grandma??? Good 2 C U here!
