I realize creating rotations are easy for some of you, but I get confused with the total body/upper/lower body strength mixed in with cardio.
I won't have these in my hands until Tuesday, however I'd like to create a plan for weightloss and strength/endurance training with your new DVD's. I am home all day and can incorporate morning/evening workouts. I have purchased several of the advanced DVD's and would like to utilize the new ones to work up to them
