Cathe~I need a rotation suggestion for the new B/I DVD'...

I realize creating rotations are easy for some of you, but I get confused with the total body/upper/lower body strength mixed in with cardio.

I won't have these in my hands until Tuesday, however I'd like to create a plan for weightloss and strength/endurance training with your new DVD's. I am home all day and can incorporate morning/evening workouts. I have purchased several of the advanced DVD's and would like to utilize the new ones to work up to them :)

I'd love a rotation with the new videos too for weight lose and endurance/strength. Mainly fat loss. These new DVD's are exactly what I've been waiting for and I would love to rotate them for a while. TIA

Cathe created the rotation for beginners but you can easily modify it to make it more difficult.

I just got mine today and can hardly wait. I will hold off on the bands till payday next week though. I have developed a major preference for cardio/weight circuits so I'm just giddy at these new ones. I have no worry I can make the beginner stuff harder if I need to though. I'm going to go eyeball that rotation now.
